150ml Premium Ginger Beer
Large cubed ice

Method:

Fill a glass of your choice with ice. Add the dark spiced rum and top with ginger beer. Stir briefly.

Our Dark Spice Rum is crafted for those who appreciate a deeper, more robust profile. Just like the rums unloaded into Salford Docks during its heyday, this blend features specially selected Caribbean rums from Barbados. The rum is matured for up to 8 years in ex-Bourbon, American white oak casks, imparting a dry, balanced finish. It is housed in a stunning matte-finish glass bottle with a wooden stopper.
