If we need to contact you, we will do so by email and/or telephone using the details you provide at checkout.
When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these Terms, this includes email.

2. Age restriction (alcohol sales)

You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are
at least 18 and legally permitted to purchase alcohol in the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to cancel an order or refuse delivery if we reasonably believe you (or the recipient)
are under 18, or if age verification cannot be completed. Our delivery partners may request valid photo ID upon delivery.

3. Our contract with you

The Site will guide you through the ordering process. Your order is placed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation.

We will send an email confirming that we have received your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when we send you an email confirming dispatch or otherwise confirming acceptance. At that point, a contract is formed between you and us.

If we cannot accept your order, we will tell you in writing and will not charge you (or will refund you). This may be due to stock availability,
errors in pricing or product information, delivery limitations, suspected fraud, or age verification concerns.

4. Where we deliver

We sell and deliver to UK addresses only. We do not accept orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom.

5. Products and product information

Product images are for illustrative purposes. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary depending on your device.

Packaging may vary from images shown on the Site.

All product descriptions are provided for general information only. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please check labels and contact us before ordering.

6. Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are shown in GBP (£). Unless stated otherwise, prices include VAT.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices are correct, but errors may occur. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we may contact you for instructions
or cancel the order and refund you.

Payment is taken securely via Shopify and/or our payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery options, estimated times and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control (for example, courier delays, severe weather, or address issues). If this happens, we will do what we reasonably can to minimise the impact.

Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the delivery address.

Ownership of the products transfers to you once we have received payment in full.

8. Your right to cancel (change of mind) and returns

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Because we sell alcohol, we only accept change-of-mind returns where the goods are:

Unopened

Unused

In their original condition and packaging

To cancel, please email hello@salfordrum.com within 14 days of delivery. You must then return the goods
within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

Unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a tracked service.

If your return is accepted, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods (and the basic delivery cost, where applicable) to the original payment method
within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence of return).

9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible (and ideally within 48 hours of delivery) at
hello@salfordrum.com with your order number and (where relevant) photographs of the issue.

Where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the reasonable cost of return and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

10. Our right to end the contract

We may end the contract for an order by writing to you and refunding you if:

we cannot verify age requirements or reasonably believe the purchaser/recipient is under 18;

we suspect fraud or unauthorised payment activity;

the product is unexpectedly unavailable;

there is an obvious error in pricing or product information;

we cannot deliver to the address provided.

11. Our responsibility for loss or damage

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms
or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence,
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

We supply products for domestic and private use only. If you use products for any commercial, business, or resale purpose, we have no liability to you
for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
