We take a premium blend of Caribbean rums and infuse them with our signature spice blend of nutmeg and cinnamon to create an authentic Manchester spirit. Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following delivery options:
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will generally be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will usually be dispatched on the next working day.
Engraved orders are dispatched on Thursdays only.
The cut-off for engraving orders to be included in that week’s dispatch is 9am on Wednesday. Orders placed after this cut-off will normally be dispatched the following Thursday.
Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail 48, which aims to deliver within 2 working days from dispatch.

The Original Golden Spiced has a warm, inviting nose of orange, cinnamon and nutmeg with soft caramel. On the palate it's smooth and well-balanced - sweet vanilla, gentle spice and touches of tropical fruit - with a long, warming finish and clean aftertaste.
Salford Original Golden Spiced Rum is 40% ABV and comes in a 70cl glass bottle featuring the iconic Dave Draws dockland map design.
It's incredibly versatile - great neat over ice, or simply mixed with ginger ale in a highball glass. For something longer, try it in our Salford Sling with apple juice, lemon juice, peach syrup and a dash of Angostura bitters, topped with ginger ale.

It's distilled in small batches at The Dirty Old Town Distillery, Arch 33, Viaduct Street, Salford - just minutes from Manchester city centre. The recipe is inspired by the spices and Caribbean rums imported into Salford Docks in the early 1900s.
