Original Golden Spice & Ginger Ale

Garnish: Fresh orange slice

Ingredients:

- 50ml Salford Original Spiced Rum
- 150ml Premium Ginger Ale
- Large cubed ice

Method:

Fill a highball glass with plenty of ice. Pour in the spiced rum and top with ginger ale. Stir gently to combine.

Garnish: Fresh mint sprig and a lemon wedge

Ingredients:

- 50ml Salford Original Spiced Rum
- 40ml Apple Juice
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Peach Syrup
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 30ml Ginger Ale (to top)

Method:

Add all ingredients except the ginger ale to a cocktail shaker. Shake hard with ice and strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Top with ginger ale.
