150ml Cloudy Apple Juice
Cubed ice

Method:

Fill a glass of your choice with cubed ice. Pour the honey rum first, then top with cloudy apple juice. Stir gently.

50ml Salford Honey Rum
25ml Fresh Lime Juice
20ml Gomme Syrup

Method:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Product Description

Salford Honey Rum is a proud tribute to the local dockworkers - famously known as "worker bees" - and the five bees featured on the Salford coat of arms. We use a single origin pot and column distilled rum, blended and bottled less than two miles from our famous docks using real Salford honey from Bee Corner. The result is a glorious, smooth spirit with natural sweet and floral notes, presented in a rose gold print glass bottle.
