The signature Salford serve. A crisp, refreshing blend of our award-winning spiced rum with warming ginger and bright citrus.

You will need

  • 50ml Salford Original Spiced Rum
  • 150ml Premium Ginger Ale
  • Large cubed ice

How to serve

Fill a highball glass with plenty of ice. Pour in the spiced rum and top with ginger ale. Stir gently to combine.

Finish: Fresh orange slice

Espresso Rumtini
Coffee

Espresso Rumtini

The definitive coffee cocktail. Bold, smooth, and topped with a perfect crema.

You will need

  • 50ml Salford Coffee Rum
  • 50ml Fresh Espresso
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup

How to serve

Add all ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake hard for 15 seconds to create the foam. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
