Born on the banks of the Manchester Ship Canal, Salford Rum White is a tribute to the dock-workers who were the beating heart of our great city. It draws its inspiration from the Caribbean rum, fruit and spice imports that flowed into Salford Docks during the early 1900s - a time when the smell of coconut, citrus and spice drifted through the streets alongside the grit and graft of dockland life.

Distilled in the shadows of those very docks, our white rum is crafted for clarity and character, with notes of fresh lime peel, coconut and a hint of nutmeg. The result is clean, smooth and endlessly versatile - a spirit with real heritage behind it, but built for the here and now.

Made for cocktails and classic mixers, it's the perfect house pour to elevate every serve. Shake it into a daiquiri, lengthen it in a mojito, or simply pour it long over ice with cola and a wedge of lime. Wherever it lands, it brings a smooth, refined backbone that lets the other ingredients shine.
