Cubed ice

Method:

Fill a glass of your choice with ice. Add the coffee rum and top with cola.

Ingredients:

50ml Salford Coffee Rum
50ml Fresh Espresso
10ml Sugar Syrup

Method:

Add all ingredients to a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake hard for 15 seconds to create the foam. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
