Original Spiced Rum
Golden Spiced · 40% ABV · 70cl
Warm and inviting on the nose — orange, cinnamon and nutmeg with soft caramel. Smooth and well-balanced on the palate, with sweet vanilla, gentle spice and a clean, lingering finish.
Your go-to if you want something versatile. Brilliant neat, brilliant in a cocktail, and the one that converts people who think they don't like rum.
Rum & Ginger: over ice with ginger ale and a squeeze of orange
Dark Spiced Rum
Aged · Ex-Bourbon Oak · 40% ABV · 70cl
Toasted coconut, burnt caramel and cloves, with a dry, woody finish. Matured for up to 8 years in ex-Bourbon American white oak casks. Great Taste Award winner.
Whisky drinkers and anyone who wants more depth and complexity. The choice for a serious Dark & Stormy or sipping neat.

Coffee Rum
x Salford Roasters · 37.5% ABV · 70cl
Rich cold-brew coffee and dark chocolate on the nose, smooth and full-bodied on the palate with almond, cocoa and gentle spice. Warming, indulgent finish with no bitterness.
Coffee lovers and after-dinner drinkers. If you're the person who orders an Espresso Martini, this one's for you.
Espresso Rumtini: shake hard with ice for 15 seconds for a frothy top. Or simply over ice with cola.
Rum & Black
Blackcurrant Liqueur · 28% ABV · 70cl
Bright, ripe blackcurrant on the nose with subtle rum warmth. Sweet and juicy on the palate with a slightly tart finish. Made with locally-sourced fruit from The Promise Co., Greater Manchester.
Non-rum drinkers, fruit liqueur fans, and anyone new to the world of craft spirits. At 28% it's lighter and incredibly approachable — a brilliant entry point.
Over ice with soda water and a squeeze of lemon. Or pour into a chilled champagne flute for an easy aperitif.
Salford Gin
London Dry · 40% ABV · 70cl
Bright juniper and fresh citrus peel on the nose with warming notes of willow bark and lemon balm. Clean and crisp on the palate with a long, smooth herbal finish. The willow bark nods to the River Irwell — the trees that line its banks gave Salford its name.
Gin drinkers and curious spirits lovers. Launched February 2026, it's our newest release — a classic London Dry rooted firmly in place.

Started with a drunken idea. Still made the same way.
It started with a drunken idea in 2018. Two lads at a makers' market in the pouring rain, perfecting the blend. Seven years later we opened our own distillery under the railway arches in Salford - and we're still making every bottle with the same stubbornness.

How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery is 2–3 working days via Royal Mail or DPD. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it's on its way.
How do I get free delivery?
Simply enter code FREESHIP50 and get free shipping on orders over £50 as a new customer. Standard free delivery is at £75.
What if I don't like it?
Honestly, that's not something we hear often - but if you're not happy, get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right. We can offer a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund on unopened bottles.
Is this good as a gift?
Yes every order arrives in our branded packaging, ready to give. You can add a personal message at checkout at no extra cost. We also offer gift sets and gift vouchers if you'd prefer to let them choose.
Are these proper craft spirits or just rebranded supermarket rum?
Proper craft. Every bottle is distilled in small batches at our own distillery - Arch 33, Viaduct Street, Salford. We use premium Caribbean base rums, infuse them with our own spice blends, and where it counts, age them in ex-Bourbon oak. You can come and see for yourself on one of our distillery tours.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, we ship to all mainland UK addresses. Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the islands may take an extra day or two. We don't currently ship internationally.
I'm buying for someone who doesn't usually drink rum. What do you recommend?
For non-rum drinkers, the Rum & Black is the safest bet - it's fruity, lighter at 28% ABV, and doesn't taste like "rum" in the traditional sense. The Coffee Rum is also a hit with people who think they don't like spirits. Both are in our Mixed Bundle if you want to let them try a few.
